Do you have item(s) to sell, but don't want to wait until you have enough to have a garage sale, and are unfamiliar with internet auctions or just don't want to deal with the hassles of putting your credit card online, or bother with registering to sell for only a few things?

No more. Let Shadow Fire Promotions, Inc. sell your item(s) for you. An eBay seller for over four years, with over 95% positive feedback rating, we will take the responsibility of listing your item, dealing with buyer questions, collecting payments from buyers...everything but ship the item! You hold on to the item(s) until we contact you with the news that your payment has been received, and we will provide you with the buyer's address. You ship the item(s) to the buyer, and we will provide you with your check! All you do is tell us how much money you would like to get for your item(s), and then wait for the good news! If you so desire, and you can ship it to us to sell. Not sure what your item(s) should be selling for? We also offer FREE consulation service where we will research the average selling price of similar items, and report back to you. However, this service is only available for free with our auction selling service. If you simply wish us to research prices for item(s) for you, there is a $25 service fee. You may also elect to have us list it with no set price, and allow buyers to make offers for your item(s), and you can simply elect to take the best offer.

In addition to ebay, we are members of several auction-style sites and can continue to list your item(s) for you until it sells, or until you tell us to stop. You let us know what kind of budget you are looking to spend on selling your item.

Our fees are negotiable and are consistent with the sale price and amount of fees charged to us in conjunction with the listing and final value fees of your item(s). Plus, our fees are far less than ebay "drop-off" stores, which charge in the neighborhood of 25% of your final profits. Add that to the near 25% fees that ebay takes off the top, and you are left with less than 50% profit! In addition, we charge no upfront fees. Your commissions will be deducted from the final check issued to you. However, you will be required to sign a contract for our services laying out these details so there is no misunderstanding between parties. A blank version of our contract is available below for your review.

Once you've signed the papers, how do you get started with us? First, we will require some personal information from you. In order to effectively communicate and do business with you, we require your name, address and telephone number.


PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL CONTACT INFORMATION SUBMITTED TO US REMAINS CONFIDENTIAL, AND WILL BE PUT INTO ANY AGREEMENT WE SIGN WITH YOU.


Your address helps us determine the geographic area your item(s) will ship from (e.g., Chicago, IL), if you elect to retain the item(s) until it sells. Further, this also will provide us with the place to send your final check to. We need your name and telephone number so we may be able to effectively communicate with you with regard to your item(s) description, including condition, type of item(s), or any other questions that might arise in the sale of your item(s), to include any offers made on your item(s), etc.

If you elect to do so, you may allow us to post your e-mail address as a selling reference on this page. Alternatively, you may elect to provide a professional reference, but not to have your information published, instead requesting that we collect the information, and provide it to you in order to contact people and provide a reference.

With regard to the item(s) you are selling, what information is needed? We need as much information as you can possibly give about your item. Remember, the more descriptive you are about your item(s) enables us to write a better description and improves your chances of getting more money for your item(s)! Pictures, UPC bar codes, ISBN #'s for books, anything you can give to us!

For your auction, you may also choose any extras you desire, such as a gift icon, bold print, or anything else you want!
